I've completed a draft of a letter to be sent to the Department of Labor on behalf of former staff and faculty, if you've emailed me and wish to sign on, I'll be sending it to you. My email is peoplecallmebryner@yahoo.com
If your account has been turned over to Ketchikan Credit Bureau don’t panic. You can contact Kim Spangler at AK Commission on Post Secondary Education 907-269-7974. Check any bill you receive carefully. I recently got a bill from SJC for over $2000 because they had not credited my pervious payments. Ends up, they had over billed and I had over paid. Wonder when I’ll see that money.
I know the owner of the Ketchikan Credit Bureau. He and I worked together for a few years. Maybe I should contact him and see if we can turn SJ, the managment and the board in for our wages, and the income tax that they didn't pay inspite of the fact they took it out of our checks.
Would it not be better to publish the letter here, so that all can see it?
ReplyDeleteIf you are directly affected by this issue you should send an e-mail to Chris. If not, the letter is none of your business.
ReplyDeleteWell, when SJC is sending everyone to the Ketchikan Credit Bureau--then I think it is our business. Get ready, SJC is collect'n.
ReplyDeleteBe nice. Now is not the time to turn on one another.
ReplyDeleteit's kind of ironic that SJ can't pay people and they beg for folks to work with them, but they are about to send folks to collections... wow!
ReplyDeleteThey HAVE sent all accounts due to the Ketchikan Credit Bureau. Oh the irony of it all!

ReplyDeleteI received a letter yesterday with the amount that SJ owes me. I’m guessing everyone got one? Now I’m wondering when I’ll see the money.
