E-newsletter
Chilkat Service has announced that they will publish an e-newsletter starting in April. You can subscribe to this newsletter by sending an e-mail to: Chilkat.services@yahoo.com. According to the announcement in the Daily Sitka Sentinel they are doing this to keep the community aware and involved with the progression of the SJ Campus operations.

I was wondering if anyone could give me info about where to go to get official transcripts from SJ?

I note that the property on Sawmill Creek is for sale again($480,000), but what a description:
"This property has three houses on it. One of those houses is a duplex with 2 bedroom and 1 bath in each unit. The other 2 houses are single family residences. These 3 houses could be used as rentals/income property. This approx. 1 acre is being subdivided from a large parcel of land so any buyer would have to wait for the final plat to be completed . . . . Buildings are being sold "as is"
(Two of these are completely unliveable)
Any news on the April meeting with UAS Ketchikan?
